CMS Laser’s engineers and technicians are available by phone or email to troubleshoot and answer any questions you may have with your laser system. If your system features remote diagnostic tools, our technicians can directly connect to your machine to diagnose and troubleshoot issues. Our support line is open 24/7 to keep your production running around the clock.

On-site Assistance

Our team of technicians are available on-site for troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, upgrades and training. If a repair or upgrade is not feasible in the field, we may request that you send your machine back to our facility for in-house services.
