This CDRH Class I laser system uses a robot for pinpoint delivery of the laser beam in order to weld various locations on the stainless steel component. The robot is able to reach locations that otherwise would be impossible or further complicate the machine. By using robotics, complex laser welding processes can be achieved with less floor space.
