This CDRH Class I laser marking system was built for marking plastic catheters. The system was designed to mark four catheters with a logo and white bands around the outside. A rotary unit continually rotates the catheters while the white bands are being marked. This process of marking a part in continual motion is called on-the-fly (OTF) processing, a method CMS Laser pioneered decades ago.
