Clear on Clear Plastic Welding

This CDRH Class I laser system was design for welding various plastic components using a rotary unit. The XYZ gantry laser has the ability to cover a large portion of the work area for welding different sized parts. Due to NDA reasons, the part shown in the video is unrelated to the customer’s actual parts. This is typical for the types of solutions CMS Laser creates for their customers. CMS Laser has extensive experience laser welding different types of plastics and can develop a solution for specific manufacturing requirements.
